Can I bring my child (under 18)?

The venue has asked for all persons under 18 to have vacated the premises by 9pm to comply with licensing laws but you're welcome to bring your child along for the day (they'll need a ticket though!).

Is the venue accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The venue is fully accessible with different entrances (double doors and ramps) and the entire event will be on one single level. If you have accessibility concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to us or the venue directly.

I have allergies/dietary requirements - can you accommodate this?

Accepted Answer

Yes - all dietary requirements must be sent to us by 5pm on the 17th April 2025. The venue is able to cater for most, if not all, dietary requirements, so don't be afraid to reach out.

Question 5

What food and drinks will be provided?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket includes day refreshments (such as tea, coffee, water, etc), lunch, dinner, and one alcoholic/non-alcoholic drink for the after party.

Question 6

What's the "Pay it forward" add-on?

Accepted Answer

A "pay it forward" add-on allows you to purchase a ticket for someone who is on our pay it forward waiting list. These tickets are reserved for students, those on low income, or a similar situation.

Question 7

When will talk recordings be uploaded?

Accepted Answer

A staple question at any infosec conference! We plan to get them out within 30 days of the conference finishing. This allows speakers time to opt-out of the upload and gives ourselves, and volunteers, time to caption any video.

Question 8

Will I need to buy a ticket if I'm a speaker or volunteering?

Accepted Answer

Speakers, and volunteers, who have been successful in the CfP (Call for Papers) / CfV (Call for Volunteers) will be given a special code to use which will give them one free ticket to the day. If you've already purchased a ticket, you can either request a refund, resell it, or give it away.
