Ideation Session: Exploring Synergies and Spotting Opportunities

Objectives: exploring synergies between all organisations taking part in Hack Utilities (water, energy, gas, heat, and telecom copmanies, technology companies, regulators and other experts) and identifying at least 10-15 top opportunities for innovation and new business.

Format: 3-hour ideation session. Short expert briefings and multiple rounds of brainstorming, using different methodologies to tap into the collective intelligence of all present.

Participants: company executives, innovation and operations managers, R&D, engineers and business developers.
