Let's add some pumpkin spice to SuperConductor this Hacktoberfest!

This Hacktoberfest, we would like to invite you to participate in expanding and improving <a href="https://github.com/SuperFlyTV/SuperConductor" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">SuperConductor</a>. SuperConductor spun off <a href="https://nrkno.github.io/sofie-core/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Sofie - an Open Source TV Studio Automation System</a>. Sofie is an enterprise application, but we&#x27;ve realized that the technology utilized there can be shared with a smaller, nimbler and easier to set up system: and that&#x27;s how SuperConductor was born.Though SuperConductor already offers enormous value for streaming, event and TV production, there&#x27;s still a lot of work to be done to get it to a &quot;1.0&quot; state. Get inspired to try and tackle one of the <a href="https://github.com/SuperFlyTV/SuperConductor/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+sort%3Aupdated-desc+label%3A%22good+first+issue%22" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Hacktoberfest issues yourself</a> and help us build this new tool for streaming, events and broadcasting.We will be starting at around 1500 CET / 0900 ET / 1830 IST / 2300 AEST.SuperConductor builds on top of <a href="https://github.com/nrkno/sofie-timeline-state-resolver/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Sofie&#x27;s hardware/protocol support</a>, but packages it in a friendly, desktop app form-factor and offers an editable &quot;timeline&quot; to coordinate various media playback and presentation systems, without the need for a full-fledged, external Rundown creation system. It allows for easy creation of dynamic playlists and features a highly customizable control mechanism.
