Forest Bathing or 'Shin-rin Yoku' is a beautiful Japanese practice that began in the 80's. Spending just a short time in company of nature has amazing benefits to our health and wellness. When we leave the stresses and strains of our busy world behind our tired minds and bodies begin to slow down, relax and restoration can begin.
We will spend our time together journeying through a series of invitations design to awaken your senses and connect you to the wilderness of your home. You can choose to be either in or outdoors; in your own garden/yard, park, or woodland. If indoors seat yourself near a window and have some plants and natural objects around you. To join you will need a device, Zoom and some connectivity.
