Halloween Cocktail Masterclass

Step into the darker side of mixology this Halloween with a special one-off Cocktail Masterclass at The Curious Mr Fox.

Hosted in our speakeasy-style Foxes Club from 6-8pm, this immersive evening is designed for cocktail lovers, groups of friends, date days and anyone looking for a unique Halloween experience in Durham.

Our mixologists will guide you through the history of cocktail making, classic techniques and the stories behind some of the world’s most iconic drinks — with a spooky seasonal twist. Expect eerie serves, autumn-inspired flavours, theatrical garnishes and plenty of Halloween atmosphere throughout the session.

Guests will enjoy 3 cocktails during the masterclass and make 2 cocktails themselves behind the bar, learning professional shaking, stirring and garnishing techniques along the way. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a regular cocktail drinker, the experience is designed to be fun, interactive and relaxed.

Your ticket also includes Mediterranean mezze sharing boards for the table, a Cocktail Masterclass certificate and a return voucher for your next visit to The Curious Mr Fox.

Expect themed décor, great music, a lively social atmosphere and a few spooky surprises throughout the afternoon. Fancy dress is welcome but not essential.
