Halloween Linocut Workshop

This Halloween, join us for a hands-on linocut workshop designed especially for ages 12 and up! Participants will learn the basics of linocut printmaking, from safely handling carving tools to inking your own haunting designs. Our theme is Halloween, so expect to carve spooky ghosts, glowing jack-o’-lanterns, swirling moons, and other seasonal imagery.

The session begins with a demonstration of techniques and tool use, followed by guided practice as you create your own print. Once the design is carved, everyone will get to roll out ink, press their prints, and take home a set of their handmade artworks.

This workshop encourages creativity, patience, and attention to detail while introducing an exciting, traditional art form. Whether you’re brand new to printmaking or eager to build on your skills, this event promises a festive, creative atmosphere perfect for the Halloween season. All materials provided!
