Mark your calendars!

On Saturday, May 11th stop by Hamilton Amphitheatre Park for a day of tree care and community bonding! This in-person event is a great opportunity to revamp the work that was done on Arbor Day in 2021 and beautify our park further.

Prepare for a day doing all or any of the following:

  1. Weeding by hand around the existing trees to provide space for mulch.
  2. Applying mulch around the tree bases to decrease grass/weed growth and to protect the soil from erosion.
  3. Removing tree stakes on the grown trees.
  4. Adding tree trunk protectors to prevent string trimmer blades from hitting the tree trunks.
  5. Planting new trees in places where others have.

Let's work together to keep our park green and thriving!

We hope to see you there!
