A fun and versatile class not to be missed!

Learn the age-old technique of wire working. No soldering or glueing is involved, and you will learn to twist and interlock wire to create a stunning tree.

This workshop is suitable for all. Children will require support due to the heavy hammering.

You will learn to make your own textured hammered earrings with crystal beads. This course is based around sculpting, hammering, and forming the shape.

Techniques covered in this class include:

• What the jewellery tools are and how to use them
• How to use different gauges of wire
• How to create loops and spirals by sculpting the wire
• How to plan your design and string your beads
• How to secure crystal beads to your design
• How to make your own ear wires
• How to hammer the wire flat in a neat way, and create the texture so your earrings catch the light

Face-to-face workshops are great fun and informative. Being face-to-face, unlike video tutorials, means you can ask questions, get help when you are stuck, meet other like-minded people and enjoy the group workshop setting. I will be there to support you every step of the way, and you will be able to see the process from different angles, making it easy to create your beautiful earrings.

No previous experience is necessary

The class size is kept small to allow plenty of one-on-one attention, and the maximum number of students is 9.

Please make sure you arrive before the start time, as this class is step-by-step. If you miss the beginning, you will not be able to catch up!
