*Nearly 1,000 people have now registered to attend this event, therefore the capacity for this event is now full. A video of the event will be published on the Council website on the 29th October. Richmond Council is hosting a virtual discussion with the Hammersmith Bridge Taskforce for local residents and the wider public. The event panel will include the Transport Minister, Baroness Vere (Chair of the Taskforce), the Project Director Dana Skelley plus representatives from the London Boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham and Richmond upon Thames, the Greater London Authority, Transport for London, and the Port of London Authority. The Hammersmith Bridge Taskforce was set up by the Department for Transport in September 2020 to work towards safely reopening the Hammersmith Bridge. If you would like to ask a question at the event, please submit your question as part of the registration form. Please note, that due to the large number of attendees expected at the event, not all questions will be answered. Therefore, questions will be selected that cover a wide range of issues. If you do not attend the event, your question will not be asked. The event will be hosted on Zoom. The joining instructions will be sent to those registered 24 hours AND 1 hour before the event.
