Join us at St Margaret's Hall on April 5TH 2026 at 2:50 PM (BST) for a chill sound bath experience like no other. Relax in a hammock as soothing sounds wash over you, helping you unwind and recharge. Perfect for anyone looking to escape the daily grind and find some calm. Bring a friend or come solo—either way, it’s all about good vibes and deep relaxation!

We provide hammock (of course haha!!)cushion,blanket & eye mask ,just bring yourself !! Wear something nice and comfy for ultimate relaxation.

While generally safe,there are a few contra-indications of soundbaths .These include:

First trimester of pregnancy

Heart conditions(including pacemakers)

Metal plates/implants

Severe mental health conditions

Sound sensitivity

Tinnitus

Epilepsy
