Hand Sewing Workshop

A friendly introduction to hand-sewing workshop, all skill levels welcome. Guest will be taught how to sew a coaster, sleeve or decoration

A friendly introduction to hand sewing, suitable for all skill levels. During this workshop, you will stitch a personalised coffee cup sleeve, coaster or heart decoration to brighten up your desk. All materials and step-by-step guidance are provided.

In this two-hour session, you will learn how to sew one of the following items:

• A coffee cup sleeve (please bring a cup to measure)
• A coaster
• A heart decoration

The workshop takes place in the basement of the SoLo Craft Fair shop, which showcases and sells work from over 100 different makers and designers. You are very welcome to browse the shop before or after your session.

Please note that access to the workshop space is via stairs only.

This workshop is part of the Wake Up the City series, a post-Christmas initiative sponsored by Eastern City.

Spaces are limited to this workshop, so if you can no longer attend the workshop, please make sure you cancel your ticket so we can open up the space to someone else.
