Join us for a relaxed and hands-on three-hour Saturday afternoon Pasta Making Workshop.
In this welcoming class, you’ll learn the art of fresh pasta from scratch, exploring both filled pasta and traditional hand-rolled shapes. We’ll guide you through making silky pasta dough, preparing flavourful fillings, and shaping a variety of pastas using time-honoured techniques. The focus is on practical skills, quality ingredients, and building the confidence to recreate everything at home.
What We’ll Make
- Fresh egg pasta dough
- A selection of hand-shaped pastas, such as spizzulus, cavatelli, strozzapreti, and capunti
- A seasonal filled pasta (such as ravioli or tortellini)
- Complementary fillings (meat, vegetarian, or seasonal produce)
- Simple sauces to showcase both the filled and hand-rolled pastas
Menu may vary slightly depending on dietary requirements and ingredient availability.
