TQ13 8JYChagford, England
Overview

Learn how to make traditional and eco friendly soaps and detergents to take home with you.

Many commercial cleaning products are expensive, harmful to the environment, and can contain ingredients that aren't great for our health. This hands-on workshop will show you how simple, effective, and enjoyable traditional soap-making can be. Learn practical skills and make your own natural cleaning and body-care products to take home.

This is a full day workshop, and you will take a whole range of products home with you. Tickets cost £45 + booking fee. A small number of concessionary places are available for those on low incomes or experiencing financial hardship. If the cost would prevent you from attending, please contact us at info@proper-job.org to discuss the concessionary options available.

On this course you will make and take home:

Washing up liquid that can tackle baked on grease

Laundry detergent that is effective and hypoallergenic.

Coconut hand soap which is very simple and very long lasting
