Things you wish you knew as an AI-Powered Developer
Most developers are still learning AI through isolated prompts and short demos.
But the developers getting the most leverage from tools like Claude Code are learning very differently:
by building live, working through real engineering problems, asking questions in real time, and understanding how AI actually fits into day-to-day software development workflows.
That’s exactly how this workshop is designed.
This is not a passive webinar where you sit and watch slides for 3 hours.
It’s a live hands-on build-along experience where you’ll work directly alongside Sid Bharath, a founder actively using Claude Code across engineering, execution, workflows, and company operations every single day.
You’ll learn how modern AI-assisted development workflows are actually structured in practice.
The workshop is intentionally designed to feel closer to a real engineering session than a traditional AI workshop. You won’t just watch the instructor use Claude Code.
You’ll actively build alongside him while understanding:
• how experienced developers think while using AI
• how workflows are structured before execution begins
• how to safely work inside existing repositories
• how to debug and review AI-generated code critically
• how to avoid common AI-assisted development mistakes
• how to integrate AI into repeatable engineering systems instead of one-off prompts
Real AI-native development is not just about generation. It’s about workflow orchestration. It’s about knowing:
• when to plan before execution
• how to structure context properly
• how to constrain scope safely
• how to review generated changes critically
• how to recover when execution goes wrong
• how to build reusable systems instead of temporary outputs
That’s why this workshop is built around a much more practical framework:
Plan → Execute → Review.
During the live build-along session, you’ll experience workflows such as:
• setting up Claude Code properly inside real development environments
• connecting terminal workflows with modern editors like VS Code or Cursor
• feeding repository context into Claude effectively
• planning architectural changes before touching implementation
• making safe scoped code modifications
• using Claude’s agent loop to iteratively fix errors and improve implementations
• running tests and debugging issues in real time
• reviewing AI-generated output critically instead of blindly accepting changes
• using Git-safe rollback and recovery workflows
• structuring reusable Claude Skills for recurring workflows
• creating project context systems that improve output quality over time
This workshop also places a strong focus on guided learning. Participants are encouraged to actively ask questions while workflows are happening live.
By the end of the workshop, you should walk away with:
• a much clearer understanding of how modern AI-native development workflows operate
• practical experience using Claude Code inside real engineering workflows
• better habits for reviewing and debugging AI-generated code
• safer execution patterns for AI-assisted development
• reusable workflow structures you can apply immediately
• a stronger understanding of where AI actually fits inside modern software teams
You’ll also receive:
✔ 10+ reusable Claude Code Skills
✔ workflow templates and reusable systems
✔ practical implementation patterns
✔ full workshop recording
✔ certificate of completion
This workshop is ideal for:
• developers exploring AI-native workflows for the first time
• engineers already experimenting with AI tools but wanting more structure
• developers working inside real-world repositories and production codebases
• builders who prefer learning by doing instead of watching demos
• technical professionals curious about the future of AI-assisted engineering workflows
If you’ve been looking for a practical way to move beyond “AI prompting” and actually understand how modern developers are starting to build software differently with AI, this workshop is designed for exactly that.
