Happier than Before - with Gretchen Rubin
Event Information
About this Event
How can we change our daily habits in ways that make us lastingly happier?
Habits are the invisible architecture of daily life. We repeat about 40% of our behaviour almost daily, so if we change our habits, we change our lives. At this event, author and happiness researcher Gretchen Rubin will share how we can put new habits in place, using strategies that play to our natural strengths and leave us more brain space for decision making about the things that matter.
While acknowledging that there is no "one size fits all" approach, Gretchen believes our responses to external and internal expectations define our "Tendency". Knowing our own Tendency, or that of others we live or work with can help us to embed or break habits, to lead healthier, happier, more productive lives, in ways that will last.
The event will take place on Zoom at 7pm London time (GMT).
