Conclave Brighton

In this 3-hour happiness workshop, you will learn about the fascinating science of how to be happier, discover and discuss keys to greater life-satisfaction and try various exercises for inner peace and building resilience. Through guided discussion and gently playful activities, the workshop will look at different philosophies as well as studies in human behaviour and neuroscience that illustrate ways to effectively boost health, wellbeing and a love of life. All in a friendly, relaxed and sociable atmosphere.

About your teacher: Tom Veryzer completed a 5-year research project culminating in a performance of "Happified" in the Brighton Fringe Festival. His background in the playful art of clowning and theatrical improvisation spans over a decade.
