Who is this event for?

This workshop is designed for anyone(over the age of 18)  interested in improving their mental health through the joy of music and wellbeing. All are welcome!

Do I need to be able to sing?

NO!  This space is designed to be relaxed and comfortable. If you can hum or whistle, that will work too!

Question 3

What shall I wear?

Come in comfortable clothing.  There might be some moving around for those who are able.

Question 4

Will there be refreshments?

Tea, Coffee and Water will be available.   Please let us know if you have any allergies.

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

Just yourself, a notebook and pen.

Question 6

Do I have to sing publicly?

Accepted Answer

There will be no solo singing!  We will sing and listen to uplifting songs as a group, sing only if you feel comfortable joining in.  You can happily hum along.  The essence of the workshop is to find a reflective place around music and its impact on our well-being.
