Hatha Flow 5 Elements

I graduated from Yoga Kula Leeds, completing the 250 hours Yoga Alliance Professionals Hatha Yoga Training. I’ve practised Yoga for 15 years and attended many workshops including: Mayo-fascial release with Eyal Chehanowski, Agni Soma with Angela Sykes and Lara Heppell, Yin Yoga with Julia Knight and Vinyasa Flow at Ibiza Yoga. I have experienced Yoga retreats in Ibiza, Portugal and Cyprus and, as a singer, I have collected some great music for my classes.

Join Emma for this all levels Hatha Flow, a creative style of Yoga where we take time to focus on postures. Moving with the breath, we develop strength and balance from a place of compassion. Carefully chosen music helps us to awaken our natural rhythms, as we flow to feel great and stay healthy.
