Super excited to announce HAVEN NIGHTS RETREAT EVENING

HOLD YOUR DIARY FOR FRIDAY EVENING, 7th JUNE 2024

An amazing relax and retreat EVENING event hosting an array of wonderful nourishing and nurturing moments.

Time for Self.

Gratitude Ceremony, Breathwork, Guided Meditation, followed by an incredible Sound Bath to finish the evening, held here at the sacred sanctuary location that is Sussex Barn, Field Place, Worthing, West Sussex BN13 1NP.

We will be offering an evening of embodying what is it to RECEIVE, REST, REPAIR, RECONNECT, REJUVENATE and take the moments to PAUSE bringing alignment where balance and flow can be found, enabling complete RECHARGE.

A total package of self-care and nourishment for mind, body and soul.

A ticketed event - £24 per ticket which includes the beautiful Gratitude Ceremony, the Guided Meditation and the Sound Bath.

HAVEN NIGHTS offers the sanctuary and peace of night-time magic for you to fully align with peace, balance and harmony, illuminating you and setting you free to create happiness from the inside out.

NOTE:

Please feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion/pillow for ultimate relexation. There will be seating and snug area, some blankets available on the night. First come, first served basis.

Please also bring your own hot flask refreshment and water for hydration.

ABOUT THE VENUE:

There is FREE parking on the grounds.

You will love the feel of this place. Field Place is where elegance meets tranquillity within this green and beautiful setting with excellent transport links.

It is one of the towns most prestigious venues.Field Place is a fine example of an 18th Century English Country House and has a unique atmosphere of tranquillity which has been created by generations of local well known families, there is a play area for the children too. Field Place, The Boulevard, Worthing, West Sussex, BN13 1NP

Field Place is just off of the Strand Parade roundabout in West Worthing.You can reach Strand Parade by following the A259/A2031 from Littlehampton and turning right at the Centenary House roundabout, or left if coming from East Worthing/Broadwater on the A2031. Continue over the first roundabout and at the second roundabout take the left exit for Field Place/ For all other directions you can follow the A259 east/west to the traffic lights with Shaftesbury Avenue, crossing the railway over the bridge and turning right at the Strand Parade roundabout.

Alternatively, Durrington-on-Sea railway station is a 5-minute walk away.

A special and safe place for you to explore all that is on offer.You will be offered a comfortable space in the stunning relaxation zone set for you in the Sussex Barn, here at Field Place Manor House.

As we build the magical energies and the highest vibrations of love and relaxation, we hope you get the chance to leave feeling enlightened, fully relaxed, rested and free, realising the need and potential of how taking necessary time out, actually leads to getting so much precious time back!
