HAVEN'S RETREAT EVENING

HOLD YOUR DIARY .... Friday 16th January 2026 from 7pm-9pm

An evening of relaxation and retreat hosting an array of nourishing and nurturing moments. Time for Self.

Guided Meditation, along with a soothing Sound Bath experience during the evening, held here at the sacred sanctuary location that is Sussex Barn, Field Place, Worthing, West Sussex BN13 1NP.

The evening provides the opportunity to EMBODY what is it to RECEIVE, REST, REPAIR, RECONNECT, REJUVENATE taking precious moments to PAUSE bringing alignment, balance, flow, enabling complete RECHARGE.

A total package of self-care and nourishment for mind, body and soul. A ticketed event - £28 per ticket which includes Guided Meditation, the Sound Bath, plus refreshments at the close of the evening to ground.
