Global Justice Now is a democratic social justice organisation working as part of a global movement to challenge the powerful and create a more just and equal world. We believe that a better world is possible: a world where our resources and decisions about how they’re used lie in the hands of the many, not the few; a world where resources are available to all, not just to those who can afford them.

Debates on the issue of migration can be uncomfortable, upsetting or angry, and often do little to change anyone’s mind. At the same time, fighting for a progressive stance on migration is more important than ever, and we need to be able to persuade people who don’t already completely agree with us.  Based on training from Hope not Hate we’re running a workshop on how to communicate effectively about the issues surrounding migration. This in-depth workshop will equip you with the tools to do that.  This event is part of the Take One Action Film Festival.
