Be transported into the world of HBO Max in a free experience in London showcasing wall-to-wall content from the new streaming platform.

Film and TV fans will be transported into an immersive world in this first of its kind, free of charge experience in London, showcasing the wall-to-wall content coming to the exciting new platform, HBO Max, when it launches in the UK and Ireland on March 26th.

Journey through some of the world’s most iconic TV and movie moments from checking in at the White Lotus, to stepping into an unforgettable FRIENDS scene and appearing in the magical world of Harry Potter.

Claim the Iron Throne of the Seven Kingdoms from House of the Dragon, sit in Carrie's New York apartment from Sex and the City, venture into Superman's Fortress of Solitude in a breathtaking projection mapped experience and explore original props and costumes from Batman, Wonka, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice and The Conjuring, before trying your hand as a TNT Sports presenter or getting your Euphoria glow-up ahead of Season 3 landing this April.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The HBO Max Experience (the “Event”) takes place on 24 — 26 March 2026.

2. The Event will take place at The Venue, Piccadilly Lights, 48 Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus, W1B 5RA (the “Event Venue”).

3. Limited time slots are available. Tickets for the Event are free of charge and are available on a first come first served basis at the following link.

4. Each applicant can reserve up to two (2) tickets only. Tickets are non-transferable.

5. All ticket holders and their guests (together the “Guests”) must be over 15. All Guests may be asked to show ID on arrival.

6. If you can no longer attend and wish to cancel your time slot please contact: hbomax@electricsheepevents.com.

7. You will receive an email ticket with your allocated date and time, which you will need to show on arrival. Entry is not permitted without your email ticket. Guests must arrive 5 minutes before their allocated time slot. Event Organiser cannot guarantee entry if you miss your allocated time slot.

8. As a condition of entry to the Event, all Guests must sign a liability waiver and release form upon entry.

9. The Event is wheelchair accessible. If you have any access requirements or questions, please contact: hbomax@electricsheepevents.com. The data processing for access requirements will be handled by Event Organiser’s Agency.

10. Lighting, smoke, and sound effects will be in operation throughout the experience areas, including low-level lighting and strobe/flashing images.

11. The experience will include loud noises and some enclosed spaces. It is advised that if you are pregnant or have a history of heart conditions, claustrophobia, photosensitive forms or epilepsy you should not attend the Event or if in doubt please consult a GP or medical professional about your planned attendance.

12. Guests who successfully complete the Event will receive one (1) non-alcoholic drink at the beginning of the Event and have the option to submit their email address to the Event Organiser’s Photography Agent to receive one (1) collection of photos of their experience via email.

13. Any bags and food and drink items brought into the Event Venue must be stored in the cloakroom provided.

14. Security bag checks will be in operation.

15. Please be aware that commercial filming and photography may be taking place over the course of this Event, and your time in the experience may be livestreamed at the Event Venue. By entering the experience, you acknowledge that you may be filmed and photographed and that you will not receive any compensation for being filmed, photographed, or otherwise recorded, or for the use of such materials in documenting the Event in any media.

16. The Event Organiser shall remain entitled to remove anyone from the venue who is under the influence of drugs, highly intoxicated or conducting themselves in a manner that the Event Organiser deems inappropriate, including acting in contravention of directions given at the pre-Event briefing.

17. Any personal data submitted by you will be handled in accordance with Event Organiser’s Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://www.wbd.com/policycenter/b2c/WME/

18. No smoking; no pets or animals except for assistance dogs.

19. Any Guests found in possession of illegal substances or weapons will be reported to the police.

20. The Event Organiser does not accept responsibility for personal property lost, stolen or damaged during the Event.

21. The Event Organiser and its agents reserve the right to refuse admission to the Event at their own discretion.

22. The Event Organiser and its agents will use reasonable endeavours to be open and operational during Event dates published but reserve the right to close the Event on any given day, whether for security or any other reason, without notice. The Event Organiser will not have any liability to you in the event your time slot gets cancelled.

23. Guests will not be granted re-entry once they leave the Event.

24. The materials incorporated within the Event including, without limitation, any sets, props, wardrobe, text, graphics, images, artwork, illustrations, photographs, animations, music, video, audio, audiovisual works, designs, logos, software and any other content (together, “Material”) are protected by copyrights, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights owned by the Event Organisers. HBO Max and related trademarks and copyrights are used under license. All rights reserved..
