Approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

Is there level access to the venue?

Yes, there is level access to the venue. The lower ground floor and mezzanine are accessed via a lift. Please speak to our staff for assistance.

Does the event have a cloakroom?

Accepted Answer

There is limited cloaking available. Please do not bring large bags. Due to the space limitations, unfortunately there is no buggy park.

What age can I bring my child and will they need a ticket?

No children under the age of 15 will be admitted except for babes in arms (18 months and under). Please note that buggies cannot be accommodated in the cloak room.  Please be aware that the experience features loud noises and may not be suitable for infants.

Unfortunately, there is no buggy park.

Is there a quiet room?

Unfortunately, there is no quiet room. Please be aware that this is a multi-sensory experience featuring loud noises, strobe lighting, and smoke effects.

Loud noises, strobe lighting, and smoke effects will be used in the experience.

Will I be able to use the toilet?

Yes, there are toilets in the venue.

Yes, there are accessible toilets on the mezzanine and lower ground floor. Please speak to a member of staff for lift access.

Will there be security checks?

Yes, there will be security checks prior to entry. All bags will be searched.

We welcome trained assistance dogs. Please email us at hbomax@electricsheepevents.com after you have booked your ticket to let us know. Unfortunately, we are unable to admit emotional support animals.
