Friendly Group Rides for Women who want to explore new routes, meet new people and enjoy being outside. We welcome women of all ages, abilities and backgrounds, we ride at the pace of the slowest rider, stop for breaks whenever you want.

Join us for our 7 mile evening ride to Beeston Lock via The Big Track. Before and during the ride we will be sharing all the tips and tricks to get the most out of cycling.This ride is organised by Women in Tandem, a Community Interest Company based in Nottingham that aims to support and empower women to ride bikes. The session is funded by The National Lottery Reaching Communities Fund.You won’t need anything fancy, just a bike that rides, comfortable weather-appropriate clothing, water, snacks and some enthusiasm for cycling!
