What can I expect?


- guided warm up

- drills focused on building core compression

- deep shoulder & upper back mobility

- opportunity to learn safe headstand technique

- play with different types of headstands & various entry poses

Who is this workshop for?


Anybody & everybody wanting to get more comfortable with inversions!


Requirements:

- some basic yoga experience helpful, but not necessary

- foundational strength: able to support your weight safely e.g., can do a plank

- being able to get out of your comfort zone

- open to learning + patience

  • Are extremely sensitive to sound or breathwork stimulation

Important Guidelines

  • Please do not consume alcohol or recreational drugs before the session. If you are under the influence, you will not be permitted to participate.
  • Avoid caffeine for at least 4–6 hours before the session.
  • Eat light and stay well-hydrated.
  • Please arrive on time and be prepared to remain present for the full duration of the session.
