<h3>Healing, Connection &amp; Learning Day</h3> More Than Just Workshops: A Relaxed Space to Sip, Shop, and Simply Be Join us on Saturday 2nd May 2026 at Halling Community Centre for a nourishing day of self-care, discovery, and meaningful connection.Our events are designed to support your mind, body, and spirit in a calm, welcoming space where everyone is encouraged to relax, explore, and simply be.Visitors often tell us they feel safe, supported, and comfortable at our events, whether they’re attending alone or with friends, and we’re proud to create an environment where you can unwind at your own pace.Whether you’re someone looking for a little more calm, curious about Reiki or hypnotherapy, already qualified and wondering how to reconnect with your path, or simply fancy a peaceful browse around our beautiful stalls, this day is here for you.Entry: £3.50•••••Morning Talks - Included with entry(held in a separate hall from the main hall — ask for directions if you need help finding it) Reiki in Daily Rituals: 12:30 PM - 1:00 PMLearn how to weave Reiki into your everyday mornings and evenings to create calm starts, peaceful transitions, and more restful nights.Letting Go of Stress in Your Body: 1:00 PM - 1:30 PMA gentle exploration of body awareness and mental release techniques to help you let go of built-up and background tension held in the body.•••••Afternoon Workshops (also in the separate hall — please ask if you need directions) Awaken Your Senses: Intuition Through the Body: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM £20Connect to your intuitive signals through somatic awareness and simple breath and body techniques, with an introduction to energy healing and nervous system tools.
