Overview

2 hour session including: sound bath, reiki healing, guided chakra meditation, mindful drawing, voice and breath work

Event description
You are invited to join us for our Spring Equinox Wellbeing Workshop. A two hour session that will include a guided chakra meditation, mindful drawing and writing, voice and breath work, a restorative sound bath, and the opportunity to receive Reiki healing with Emily @HealingWave_UK and Belle @Sunlight_Sound

If you’ve been feeling tired, overstimulated, like you need a pause, or you just feel the need to step into a space to slow down, reset, and gently reconnect with yourself… this is for you!

What to expect

We’ll work with breath, colour, sound, quiet drawing and journaling, and guided relaxation. No prior experience is needed, and the space is held in a calm, safe, open, and inclusive way.

The evening takes place on the Spring Equinox and New Moon, a time traditionally linked with balance, renewal, and the shift into spring, making it a gentle point to pause, reflect and set intentions.

What to bring
We'll provide everyone with a yoga mat and cushion. We will also give you a special note book (our gift to you). Please bring a pen, a cosy blanket and any personal items that help will help you feel comfortable. We also invite you to also bring an object to place on our alter.
