Come join us in person for Hear Our Voices – a vibrant event where stories, ideas, and voices come alive! It's all about sharing, connecting, and celebrating your skills and views.

In a relaxed environment, the event will :

· Bring people together with a learning disability who like speaking up

· Explore ways people with a learning disability can make a difference

· Help build confidence and skills

Topics are yet to be finalised but so far we are planning to include the following:

1. Ice breaker fun
2. Online dating safety tips
3. Healthy living - Exercise activity and ideas
4. Housing - what does your ideal future home look like?
5. Updates on what activities are available in Herefordshire.
6. As usual there will be refreshments, lunch and freebies!
