This session is a mindful experience of connecting with the heart-space, followed by a mindful meditation to shift from survival into an elevated state. This is suitable if you are just dipping your toe in the water to try, or a seasoned meditator.

What changes can happen when meditating?

Accepted Answer

It is normal for individuals to cough when starting out meditating. This can arise due to the change in breath regulation. Slight dizziness, change in body temperature, and sensations may arise in the body that you may not have been aware of before. These are a few things to be consciously aware of.

What do I wear

Comfortable clothing. You may wish to bring a blanket or wrap since body temperature can drop when experiencing meditation

Will I need quiet space

Accepted Answer

Yes, turn off electronic devices, and clear the space so you can settle into the environment of this session.
