A mixture of Group drumming and Kundalini yoga

A mixture of Group drumming and Kundalini yoga starting off by using Tabla (Indian percussion) to control the breath followed by some simple movements to synchronise the body and the breath before taking your place in the drumming circle.Then by using a simple call and response technique we'll learn the basics of the Djembe drum and in no time we'll be playing a groove as a group.
