Heartfulness Weekly: Pause at the Heart begins on this global day of awareness as a kickoff to our weekly sessions starting this January—an invitation to begin the New Year with intention. Each session offers a gentle blend of chair yoga, learning a Gita shloka, and guided Heartfulness meditation, supporting sustainable well-being, inner balance, and heart-centered New Year resolutions.

We also have a free online event via YouTube, where millions will meditate together creating a powerful wave of peace, compassion and unity.

Heartfulness UK

Heartfulness UK is a UK registered charity and non-profit organisation providing training in Heartfulness meditation across London and many parts of the UK, as well as universities, public and private organisations and in the community. Heartfulness UK is part of a network of non-profit organisations of Heartfulness, with presence in over 160 countries throughout the world.

There are no fees for learning or practising Heartfulness. We are run entirely by volunteers and funded purely by voluntary donations.
