We create space for whatever needs to surface, honoring each body's wisdom and pace.

Jeannette Rodriguez is the founder of Ethereal Lotus Healing Arts School, where she uniquely blends ancient wisdom with modern science to guide individuals on transformative journeys of self-discovery and collective healing. With 15 years of personal practice and 6 years of teaching experience, Jeannette specializes in supporting self-explorers, highly sensitive individuals and changemakers in reconnecting with their true nature. Jeannette's teaching style emphasizes authenticity, empowerment, and conscious connection. Her programs, including teaching the roots of yoga, breathwork sessions, women's circles, and empowerment coaching, create nurturing spaces for individuals to explore their inner landscape at their own pace. Her expertise spans trauma-informed practices, nervous system regulation, and environmental stewardship, creating a unique blend that supports both personal and collective healing. Today, Jeannette continues to expand her impact through innovative programs that bridge individual transformation with collective wellbeing through practical, accessible tools.

Becky creates space for you to to slow down, reconnect, and nurture your relationship with yourself. Her approach is deeply rooted in her personal journey. Navigating the complexities of chronic illness, CPTSD, neurodiversity, and her experience as a queer individual, she creates a sanctuary of acceptance, free from judgment and designed for accessibility. As a yoga teacher and mental health nurse, she brings a unique blend of experience to her practice. Becky completed her 200-hour Yoga teacher training in India and continued on to gain a Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra certification. She is committed to ongoing learning and is currently studying a certification in Yoga and somatics for recovery and healing.Yoga transformed her life and she is eager to share those transformative practices with you.
Embracing Authenticity, Celebrating the Messy MiddleBecky's own lived experiences have instilled in her a deep understanding of the challenges and impact that these experiences can have on our lives.
