Held Mama CircleHELD is a gathering including meditation, sharing, and seasonal crafting.A safe space with the intention for mamas (parents /papas) to connect back to themselves, their babies, and each other.We gather every week in person the kitchen or garden in Walthamstow as we begin to grow and reconnect to the cycles of nature and the wisdom within.Held by each other we come together in circle where we can openly discuss the joys and challenges of new parenthood.Creating an open space to share our stories, a space to be heard, listened to and witnessed ❤️ ☮️Each week we spend time sharing in circle; practice gentle movement, breath work, meditation and sometimes dancing with our bare feet on the earth 🌱 🪴 We discuss topics, celebrate the seasons, the solstices, honour the moon cycles and the journey from Maiden to Mother.We sip herbal drink tea, share a wholesome homemade treat (made by me) and slowly rebuild the village.🎟️ All parents, grandparents and carers are welcome.
