Oliver Hamlet

In this live webinar Oliver Hamlet, of the University of Aberdeen's Applied Psychology and Human Factors Group, will be discussing two newly launched behavioural marker systems: HeliNOTS (S) for search and rescue pilots, and HeliNOTS (O) for offshore transport pilots. Oliver will discuss the rationale and research underpinning these systems, their development and expected usages, and the primary differences between the two, as well as giving a sneak peak into the upcoming system HeliNOTS (T), developed specifically for search and rescue technical crew. There will be time at the end of the session for a Q&A.
