As Nottingham is a UNESCO City of Literature, and the National Videogame Arcade loves games of all kinds, we’ve launched our very own text game writing group, <A HREF="https://medium.com/hello-words" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Hello Words</A>. Never written anything? That’s okay, we can start with the basics of branching and discuss the easiest tools to use to bring your vision to life. Already know your way around Twine? That’s okay too - bring your latest work in progress and we’ll act as your eager beta readers! 
We’d love it if you could join us at the NVA’s Toast Bar as we make worlds with words.
Please bring your own laptop or tablet, paper and pens.
For the 13th July session, we'll be discussing worldbuilding (and undertaking some world-building exercises) in order to set some groundwork for our collaborative project. We've chosen sci-fi as our genre, but beyond that, everything is up for grabs! If you already have a project underway and don't want to collaborate, that's fine too - the session can be used to flex your worldbuilding muscles instead! This session will be upstairs from the Toast Bar in the Clubroom. (Enter via the Toast Bar).
