We invite you to this nourishing 90-minute wellness session by the peaceful riverside at Dockland Settlements near Canary Wharf. This session is designed to support you in transitioning into spring with ease — creating space for renewal, movement, and fresh energy in a calm, supportive space.
Together, we’ll move through a gentle, grounding practice to help you release winter heaviness, reconnect with your body, and welcome the subtle sense of growth and possibility that spring brings.
You’ll be warmly welcomed and guided by founders Thaisa and Sharon, who will hold the space and gently lead you through:
- Guided self-massage and gentle breathing to awaken and release muscle tension
- Nourishing, energising yoga practice to invite flow, openness, and renewal
- A calming close with rest on your mats and a guided meditation
- A nourishing drink and light snack waiting for you by your mat
This space is open to women at all stages of life — young women, pregnant and postnatal mothers, women navigating menopause, and anyone simply in need of time to pause and reconnect are warmly welcome.
We offer these donation-based sessions once per quarter, as a way of keeping these events accessible to all women in our community.
We gently ask for a contribution when you book your ticket, which supports both of us in continuing to create and hold these nourishing, heart-led sessions. Any support is deeply appreciated and helps make this offering possible.
