At this workshop you will learn how to identify most skin-friendly garden and wild herbs to use for natural aromatherapy in your bathroom. We will be using dried herbs, but the info will also be given about the preparation process and use of fresh herbs in your shower or bath and the ways they can have beneficial effect on your health. Plenty of hands on experience as you create your own bath teas, bath salts and shower gels/ liquid soap kits to take home with you.
