Led by Diane Coolican, founder of RedSky Leadership Development, this HerFinance Circle session focuses on how you can handle those moments with more confidence and intent.

You’ll explore why certain conversations don’t land as planned, how your communication style can help or hinder you, and how to approach challenging situations without becoming defensive or confrontational.

You’ll leave with practical approaches you can apply immediately and as a CPD-accredited event, it provides 1.5 hours of recognised CPD learning.
