Accepted Answer

All of the session in the main conference space will be recorded and made available to ticket holders.

What accessibility support do you have in place?

Accepted Answer

Speakers will be using audio self-description. The virtual event will be on Zoom and closed captions will be enabled. The In-person venue has good accessibility and Direct Access sign language interpreters will be available. Please get in touch if you'd like specific  accessibility support.

Question 3

In-person conference tickets - what is your refund policy for ?

Accepted Answer

In-person conference tickets can be cancelled and refunded up until 7 days before the event. You will be refunded for the cost of the ticket but not for the Eventbrite booking fee. We do not refund the cost of tickets that are cancelled within 7 days or less of the event.

Virtual conference tickets - what is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Tickets for the virtual conference can be cancelled and refunded up until 24 hours before the event. You will be refunded for the cost of the ticket but not for the Eventbrite booking fee. We do not refund the cost of tickets that are cancelled within 24 hours or less of the event.

This event is designed for professionals and business people aged 18 years and over.

Can you accommodate specific food requirements?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our menu includes vegetarian options. If you require a vegan meal, or have food allergies, please contact us using the 'contact event organiser' link.

Question 7

Is there a cloakroom for in-person conference delegates?

Accepted Answer

There are un manned coat rails and hangers and you will retain responsibility for your possessions. The Heritage Alliance and the venue managers are not responsible for the security of items left on coat rails.
