We will be on the ground floor. There is level access to the building and unisex, DDA-compliant accessible toilets available on all floors. Sun Pier House has a lift serving all three floors The stairs have two flights of stairs for each floor with a handrail on the left side.

The venue has a small ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) pay ‘n’ display car park on-site including two disabled parking bays.
