Hidden Museum App - User Testing

You are invited to take part in user testing our Hidden Museum app at Bristol Museum and Art Gallery.

The app has been by designed by Bristol Museum and Art Gallery in collaboration with Aardman Animations and Bristol University and it was made possible by the 'Digital R&D Fund for the Arts'. The app is designed make your visit more fun and engaging by taking you around the museum and giving you insights that you wouldn’t usually find as well as giving you lots of fun things and games to do along the way.

The Hidden Museum app can be completed in as little as half an hour or it can be played all day, and it can be played alone or in groups of up to six people. It is not aimed at a particular age group but it is accessible to younger players so everyone can get involved.

We would also really like to understand how the app affects the experience of visiting the museum so any feedback you can give us following your time using the app would be very much appreicated.

- Resigistration Instructions:

> Please select a date and time slot above (Pease Note: If you register for an afternoon time (14:00-17:00) please arrive to start the user testing by 16:00.)

> Only one ticket is needed per group 1-6 people (please enter a new registration for additional groups)

> You are required to bring your registration ticket (printed or on mobile/tablet) to the Hidden Museum desk on arrival located on the ground floor in the Curiosity zone

> Participants do NOT require their own tablet or smart phone devices in order to take part

> NOTE: In order to take part the person who registers for this ticket will be required to bring photo ID and proof of address to the museum. This is a security measure we are required to take in order to allow particiapnts access to the tablet devices for playing the Hidden Museum game app.

- Once you have registered:

1. Come to Bristol Museum and Art Gallery on the date/time you have registered for

2. Spend as long or as little time as you like having a go on our Hidden Museum game app

3. If you have time following your go on the app please give us your feedback about the app in a short interview with one our research team from Bristol Uni
