High and Low Context Communication

This training is open to organisations who operate or support employees who work within the North East Combined Authority area.

This workshop is run by Ingeus and will cover:

• Recognising that people have different preferences for giving and receiving information — and that misunderstandings can create real barriers.
• Exploring communication styles and how they are influenced by neurodiversity, culture and social background.
• Practical ideas to help support employees with different communication needs.
