Heels dance is a great opportunity to wake up your feminine energy, improve your confidence, flexibility and body strength!

This is a high heels dance class however feel free to come in trainers! Every lesson we taking a new choreography. Every week different style and vibes 🤗

All levels are welcome!

All you need to take with you is heels and knee pads.
