Can I come if I have never practised Breathwork before?

Of course! Just let us know on the booking form and take it at your own pace, feel free to come and chat to Jess at the beginning if you have any questions.

What do I need to bring?

A yoga mat (let us know if you don't have one, we have some spares), a water bottle, warm layers, a journal/note pad and pen, and eye mask/something to cover your eyes. We will be practising the breath lying down.
