Higher Frequency Live™ is a multisensory immersive relaxation experience combining therapeutic sound, emotive music, guided meditation, voice, mindfuk breath and gentle person led e-motional releasing — held inside the beautiful and historic St Bartholomew’s Church, Wilmslow.

This experience has been created for people who feel overstimulated, mentally busy, emotionally overloaded, or simply in need of deep rest — without needing to talk, share, analyse, or do anything at all.

You arrive. You settle comfortably. Your body is guided into relaxation naturally.

This is not background relaxation.

Higher Frequency Live™ is a guided nervous system regulation experience, carefully designed to help your body move out of stress and into a state of safety, calm, and full restoration.

Through sound, music, voice, breath, and church atmosphere, your system is gently supported to soften — allowing clarity, emotional release, and renewed energy to arise without exhausting effort or force.

Experience & Credibility

Higher Frequency Live™ is led by an experienced facilitator of restorative, therapeutic-grade relaxation experiences, with extensive experience delivering calm, community-focused events inside Church of England churches. The Higher Frequency Coach, Holly has worked within CoE churches, leading non-religious church relaxation and sound baths, in Staffordshire and Cheshire for over 2 years now and is so looking forward to bringing this exceptionally unique and therapeutic experience to Wilmslow.

These experiences are carefully designed to honour the scale, acoustics, and sacred atmosphere of historic church spaces — creating environments where the nervous system can truly soften, restore and move away from the survival mode - cortisol spiked - way of living.

What to Bring

To ensure your comfort, please bring:

• A yoga or exercise mat
• A blanket
• A cushion or pillow
• Water for hydration

Seating is available within the pews if you prefer to sit rather than lie down.

Or feel free to bring your own fold up chair if that feels more appropriate for your best relaxation experience.

Arrival Information

• Please arrive at 7pm (doors will not be open before). Priority tickets will be settled first.
• Comfortable clothing recommended
• Doors will close at 7:15pm
