HIIT Fitness Class – Sweat, Burn, Repeat Delivered by Aura ChaconGet ready for a high-energy HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class designed to boost fitness, burn calories, and leave you feeling strong and accomplished.This class combines short bursts of intense exercise with recovery periods, making it effective, fast-paced, and fun. Exercises can be adapted for all fitness levels, so whether you’re just starting out or looking to push yourself, you’re welcome.What to expect: • Full-body workout • Cardio and strength-based intervals • Modifications for all abilities • Motivating, supportive atmosphereWear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and come ready to sweat All levels welcome – just bring your energy!Sessions delivered by Asher Munroe as part of National Lottery fundings, allowing this session to be subsidised to just £4 per class.Drop-ins welcome! Please bring a bottle of water to the class
