Our next HIIT+CHILL+CHAT mini retreat event takes place on Saturday 13 July. Our theme for the talk is Meaningful Tech Connections - How to create a positive relationship with technology and we're very excited to welcome Anna Kotwinski, co-founder of <A HREF="http://www.justonebody.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Shine Offline</A> to discuss this highly topical subject.
Feed your mind, body and soul during a two hour immersive experience that will leave you energised, enlightened and inspired.
Set in the recently renovated Brewery Stores in Richmond, and its stunning riverside surrounds, the POINT3 Wellbeing team invites you to join them for a 2 hour fully-immersive mind-body experience that will leave you energised, enlightened and inspired.
We have created a 3-part journey that will harness the collective power of movement and mindfulness - resulting in the perfect balance of aching muscles and a peaceful mind.
This mini-retreat will kick off with a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training - suitable for all fitness levels) workout, before moving on to a lovely relaxing mindfulness experience. The morning will close with a wellbeing discussion with our guest speaker. 
You're promised a 2 hour experience filled with sweat + calm + inspiration.

On the day:
09.15 - Check-in 
09.30 - Welcome introductions
09.35 - "HIIT" Experience – if the weather is nice we will take this outdoors, so please come equipped to workout in and outdoors.
10.30 - Guided Mind Massage “CHILL” – the ultimate way to un-knot your mind. Bring some layers to change into or to wrap up for this part.
11.00 - "CHAT” - with guest speaker (nourishing goodies will be served)
11.30 - Depart
POINT3 Wellbeing is run by 3 professional mind and body coaches – who prior to turning their passion into their business - worked together as experience-makers in the world of sports and entertainment.
