Overview

Workshop with Helen Sanders, Founder & CEO at HFBAC (Hiring For and Building Awesome Companies).

Feeling Like You're Drowning in Your Own Success?

You know that feeling - your business is growing, but you're working harder than ever.

You're the CEO, marketing manager, customer service rep, and coffee maker all rolled into one.

Sound familiar?

Here's the thing: you don't have to do it all forever.

But figuring out when to hire, who to hire first, and how to afford it? That's where most of us get stuck.

I'm Helen Sanders, and I've been helping entrepreneurs like you navigate this exact challenge for over 20 years. This workshop isn't going to be me talking at you for two hours - we're going to roll up our sleeves and figure out YOUR specific situation together.

I'm Helen Sanders, and I've been helping entrepreneurs like you navigate this exact challenge for over 20 years. This workshop isn't going to be me talking at you for two hours - we're going to roll up our sleeves and figure out YOUR specific situation together.

What we'll work through:

  • When you're actually ready to hire (spoiler: it might not be when you think)
  • Clever alternatives that don't require a full-time salary commitment
  • How to prioritise which help you need first (because you can't hire everyone at once)
  • Ways to find great people without breaking your budget
  • The hiring mistakes that could cost you big time (and how to avoid them)

This is perfect if you're:

  • Drowning in your to-do list
  • Considering a VA but not sure where to start
  • Ready for your first proper hire but feeling overwhelmed,
  • Or just tired of being the bottleneck in your own business.

You'll leave our workshop with a clear plan, practical tools, and probably some new entrepreneur friends who totally get what you're going through.

Ready to stop being a one-person show?
