About this course

On this course, we will cover the backgrounds of Meditation, Reiki, Chakras and energy work.  No past experience in Holistic Therapies is required to attend this course but it also great for anyone who has learnt therapies before and have stopped practicing.

During the course, we will cover:

- History Of Meditation & Relaxation techniques

- What Is Reiki and Awareness to the therapy

- Mindfulness techniques to use in daily life

- What are Chakras and how to balance them

- A Variation of Energy Work techniques used in Qi Gong and Tai Chi

Please dress in loose comfortable clothing.

Learners may wish to bring a blanket or jumper as temperature may drop during meditation.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
