Event description

When companies start they have a purpose, everything is tackled with urgency, if they don’t start making money quickly the organization may disappear. After getting into a successful state, many times this energy runs out, and things start becoming slow, for example, taking months or years to create a machine in production.

This talk will look at:
Dangers of being slow in a fast paced market
Trust and cooperation over a blame culture
3 Types of organization
Command and control downsides into a tech company
How Microsoft managed to refresh itself

Led by Raphael Yoshiga.
