Meet your expert speaker:
I’m Sam Watterson and before I started in Property, I gained a degree in Business IT and had a successful career in sales, selling in person, telesales and out in the field. At the age of 26, I became a landlord and combined my knowledge skills and passion to leave the 9-5 behind, start my own business alongside building my property portfolio. After many ups and downs, too many mistakes to mention and a failed business under my belt, I set up the Watts & Co group of companies and started to get educated in property. In 2019 I decided to specialise in HMO investing, completing over 20 HMO conversions in 4 years and creating over £1.2M in equity in the process. I have since become a successful trainer, mentor and public speaker as well as the organiser of the ‘Sun Sea and Property’ high level networking holiday in Dubai.
